Anoushka's Yoga runs 4 courses per year for 10-12 weeks, with 2 weeks break inbetween for retreats and workshops.

 

Timetable [please click on the class for more information]. The timetable is the same as below up until Saturday 31st March when we break for Easter.

L1 - fresh to yoga. Learn the basics at an easy pace; L1+ - have done a class here and there but would still like to go over the basics (this class is also suitable for complete beginners); L2 - comfortable with the basics and willing to try new moves; L3 - looking for a challenging class and willing to try some advanced poses; ML - suitable whereever you are on your yoga journey; MB - Mum & Baby (babies from 8 weeks to crawling); P - pregnancy yoga

Courses

Join a course to see your progress and enjoy learning without having to book your space each week. During each course we go through a particular theme and progress from week to week. The courses are also a great way to keep you motivated and really reap the benefits of a yoga practice.

The courses are based on 1 class per week for 10 -12 weeks. If for any reason you aren't able to make the class you sign up for, you can make this up at any other time during the course, subject to space. It is very similar to having a 10 class pass for 3 months but you have your space saved for you each week so you never miss out.

Space is limited to 17 per class. BOOK NOW

* - this session runs depending on numbers or is for private sessions or private group classes or private pregnancy classes. Organise a session with friends or book a therapy to enjoy. If you would like this time please contact us

Drop in

You can also drop in to any class subject to space. The best drop in classes are currently Mondays 7pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:30pm and Saturday at 11am. Please note the Thursday 8:30pm is for private sessions, therapies or private bookings with friends.

A full 2 hour body massage with incredible benefits. Often described as the 'lazy man's yoga', this is a deep pressure but very relaxing massage.
